Japanese Night in Watamu: Visiwasabi Returns on 14 August
On Friday 14 August 2026, Visiwasabi returns to Visiwa Restaurant for a special Japanese Night in Watamu. From 7:30 PM, guests can enjoy sushi and Japanese-inspired flavours in the tropical poolside atmosphere of Visiwa Beach Resort.
The evening is open to everyone: you do not need to be staying at the resort to reserve a table.
Sushi night in the heart of Watamu
Visiwasabi brings a different rhythm to Friday evening. The experience combines the freshness and precision associated with sushi with the warm, relaxed setting of Watamu. It is designed for couples, groups of friends and guests looking for a memorable alternative to a traditional dinner.
The real focus remains the food. Sushi is prepared and presented as the centre of the evening, accompanied by the atmosphere of the restaurant after sunset.
Why choose Visiwasabi Japanese Night
A themed dinner works when the menu, setting and service feel connected. At Visiwa, the poolside location creates an intimate background without turning the evening into a noisy party. It remains a dining experience: relaxed, elegant and easy to enjoy.
The event is also an opportunity to discover Visiwa Restaurant if you are staying elsewhere in Watamu. External visitors are always welcome.
